SVECTOR LICENSE AGREEMENT |

By downloading, using, distributing, or otherwise interacting with the SVECTOR Materials (defined below), you agree to abide by the terms of this SVECTOR License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Materials. |

|
|
1. Definitions |
|
|
|
|
|
a. "Agreement" means this SVECTOR License Agreement. |
|
|
|
|
|
b. "We" or "Us" refers to SVECTOR Corporation, the creator and rights holder of the Materials. |
|
|
|
|
|
c. "You" or "Your" means the individual or entity using the Materials. |
|
|
|
|
|
d. "Third Parties" means individuals or organizations not affiliated with or under common control with SVECTOR. |
|
|
|
|
|
e. "SVECTOR Materials" refers to any artificial intelligence models developed and released by SVECTOR Corporation, including model weights, training and inference code, configurations, optimizers, datasets (if any), and any associated documentation. |
|
|
|
|
|
f. "Source" form refers to the human-readable form of the Materials, including code and configuration files. |
|
|
|
|
|
g. "Object" form refers to any compiled, executable, or transformed version of the Source form. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
2. Grant of Rights |
|
|
|
|
|
SVECTOR Corporation grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the Materials for research and personal use only. |
|
|
|
|
|
Commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from SVECTOR Corporation. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
3. Redistribution and Embedding Requirements |
|
|
|
|
|
You may distribute or embed the SVECTOR Materials or derivative works in any form, provided you meet the following conditions: |
|
|
|
|
|
a. You must not use the Materials in any commercial product, tool, platform, or service without obtaining a commercial license from SVECTOR Corporation. |
|
|
|
|
|
b. You must retain the following notice in any form of redistribution: |
|
|
|
|
|

d. You must not use the SVECTOR name, logo, or trademark without explicit permission, except as required for attribution. |

4. Commercial Use |
|
|
|
|
|
You must contact and receive express written permission from SVECTOR Corporation before using the SVECTOR Materials or any derivative work in a commercial setting, including but not limited to: |
|
|
|
|
|
- SaaS platforms |
|
|
- Chatbots or virtual assistants for businesses |
|
|
- Paid software or services |
|
|
- Enterprise integrations |
|
|
- Advertising platforms |
|
|
- AI APIs or embedded systems |
|
|
|
|
|

5. Restrictions |
|
|
|
|
|
You shall not: |
|
|
|
|
|
- Use the Materials in any way that violates laws or regulations. |
|
|
- Use the Materials to generate or assist in harmful, offensive, or unlawful content. |
|
|
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Materials unless permitted by applicable law. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
6. Intellectual Property |
|
|
|
|
|
a. SVECTOR Corporation retains full and exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights in and to the Materials. |
|
|
|
|
|
b. You may own derivative works you create only for research or non-commercial use. Commercial derivatives require prior licensing and authorization. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
7. Warranty Disclaimer |
|
|
|
|
|
THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SVECTOR CORPORATION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
8. Limitation of Liability |
|
|
|
|
|
SVECTOR CORPORATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS. |

|
9. Termination |
|
|
|
|
|
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Materials in your possession. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
10. Governing Law |
|
|
|
|
|
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. |
