I require you to review the new and approved license, which is final and unalterable in its current terms.
You must understand the consequences and the strict prohibition against distributing the model beyond your personal use, as outlined in the license I personally drafted.

Please acknowledge your agreement to each clause and your commitment to comply with them. This acknowledgment will serve as your signature, and only upon this condition will I grant you access for personal use.

This is necessary so that there is no misunderstanding and because you will get access not to one model, but to all those released under the Neo collection.

Since the models have gated access, through a request, you need to submit a request, it is also Gated Access - it should be shown to you, but I hope it was you who provided access and did not make mistakes.

I didn’t submit any access request myself, and I’m not sure where exactly I should receive or request access — is it on Hugging Face or on SeaArt? I followed your profile on SeaArt recently, but I didn’t see any specific option there to request access.

Could you please let me know where I should be looking or what the next step is? :(

Oh... I was looking through the files, but it seems that they are all VAE files. I couldn't find any actual model files (.safetensors or .ckpt). Could you please clarify if a model is included, or if it's only VAE files? 😥

3 Vae - it's only reserve from civitai

You attached the screenshot above, where I saw all the models available to you.

bVAE - This means that VAE is already embedded in the model and you don't need to use it.
