While preparing to run the model, I encountered a few setup-related questions that I hope you might kindly clarify:
1）Dependency Requirements
The repository and documentation do not appear to include a list of required Python packages or environment specifications. Would you be so kind as to share the necessary dependencies (e.g., package names and versions) to ensure compatibility?
2）Scripts Directory Reference
In main.py, there is a path reference to /home/st512/peptune/scripts/peptide-mdlm-mcts. However, this directory is not included in the repository.
Is this directory essential for running the model?
If so, could you advise on how to obtain or reconstruct it?
If not, would you recommend modifying the code to remove this dependency?
