I would like to know about the usage permissions for a language model released under the CC-BY-NC license.
Specifically, I would like to fine-tune the model to pre-translate YouTube video scripts into multiple languages before proofreading.

Since the license includes a non-commercial (NC) clause, I would like to clarify whether this use case aligns with the permitted usage under the license. Additionally, if there are any specific restrictions or guidelines I should be aware of, I would appreciate your guidance.
