国立研究開発法人産業技術総合研究所（以下「研究所」といいます。）が保有する別紙１記載のプログラム（以下「本プログラム」といいます。）及び付帯データ等をダウンロード並びに利用する場合には、別紙約款（以下「本約款」といいます。）が適用されることになります。
本約款は、本プログラム及び付帯データ等をダウンロードした者（以下「ユーザー」といいます。）が本プログラム及び付帯データ等を評価・試用・検証等の目的で利用するにあたって遵守しなければならない事項を定めています。
ダウンロードや利用の前に、必ず約款をよくお読みいただき、遵守をお願いいたします。

The attached terms and conditions of use (the “TCU”) shall apply when downloading and Exploiting (defined in the TCU) the program described in Exhibit 1 (the “Program”) and Ancillary Data (defined in the TCU) held by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (“AIST”).
The TCU sets forth the matters that must be observed by the person who downloads the Program and Ancillary Data (the “User”) when he/she Exploits the Program and Ancillary Data for the purpose of evaluation, trial use, verification, etc.
Please read carefully and comply with the TCU before downloading and Exploiting the Program and Ancillary Data.
