Model Access Request Denied

Hi ,
My access request for Llama-3.2-3B-Instruct from hugging face is denied, without mentioning the reason, I I would like to resubmit my request, by providing my full company name International Business Machines Corporation instead of IBM. But it's not allowing me to resubmit. Please help
