Missing finetune documentations

i want finetune this model in other languages
i have some dataset in format
audio_id|text
and in wavs i have .wav
files
is there any guide how i can finetune this model on other languages
IMO They do not want people to fine tune this. The way they released the 1 billion with no community support leads me to believe they're releasing open source so they can say they're releasing open source without embracing it. Very unfortunate.
