Improve language tag

Hi! As the model is multilingual, this is a PR to add other languages than English to the language tag to improve the referencing. Note that 29 languages are announced in the README, but only 13 are explicitly listed. I was therefore only able to add these 13 languages.
Thank you for your contribution. While the base Qwen model supports multiple languages, our fine-tuning and testing for concise reasoning were conducted exclusively in English. We have not validated performance in other languages. Hence, we will keep English as the only supported language in our model card for scientific accuracy. However, users are welcome to try other languages.
